It is also worth doing something that relaxes and makes you feel good to counterbalance work and study. Hobbies provide you with energy for sometimes-cloudy days. You should think of what you like, and make room for it in your schedule. 

Hobbies can be related to exercise or culture, clubs, societies, spending time with friends or just your own quiet time spent, for example, knitting socks. As an experiment, come up with something that makes you feel good and try it when you next have spare time.
