It is advisable to start increasing exercise with small things that are easy to do every day. This could mean, for example, that you walk to school or work, clean the house, walk to the grocery store or take stairs whenever possible. 

Consider what you can do, for example, during your study or working day. Take a walk outside, get some fresh air, play something, etc. during the breaks. Encourage your educational institution to keep the gymnasium door unlocked. 

Everyday exercise is easy and it can be done alone or in a group. The best thing is that, in addition to being easy, it is cheap, does not require any special arrangements, and above all, is also useful.

  • Any kind of exercise and dabbling during breaks
  • Walking or cycling to school / work
  • Walking or cycling to the grocery store
  • Walking the stairs
  • Household work, cleaning
  • Outdoor work: raking, shovelling snow
