Everyone knows exactly why traffic rules exist. For some strange reason, they are still not always respected. Young people pose many dangers with their own behaviour, whether it was due to peer pressure or ignorance. Even though young people are aware of the importance of laws and traffic rules, many still take unnecessary risks: overestimating their own potential and underestimating the risks.
